3 PM: Hotel Check-In

Check-in to the reunion hotel begins at 3 PM. Stop by the meeting room to receive your welcome packet, pick up reunion t-shirts and pay reunion dues.

6 PM - 9 PM: Meet and Greet at the Host Family's House

Join us for a family meet and greet with refreshments at the host family's house! Come and enjoy drinks, music, and good vibes. 

Friday, July 26th

6 AM - 9 AM: Family Breakfast

Hampton Inn Lobby - Join the family for a complimentary breakfast buffet. 

10 AM: National Museum of African American Music Tour - Optional 

NMAAM is located in Fifth and Broadway in Downtown Nashville. The address is 510 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203 (Directions from hotel)

If you'd like to join us and visit the National Museum of African American Music please purchase your tickets to the 10AM tour on July 26th!

12 PM - 4 PM: Family Picnic

Join us for the Cookout on Friday at the Two Rivers Park, 3150 McGavock Pk, Nashville, TN 37214 (Directions from hotel)

Come and enjoy hotdogs, hamburgers, and all the fixin's, music & karaoke, soft drinks, and water. Don't forget to wear your reunion T-shirt!

Saturday, July 27th

7 AM - 10 AM: Family Breakfast

10 AM - 3 PM: Uncle Nearest Distillery Tour - Optional

Nearest Green Distillery, 3125 US-231, Shelbyville, TN 37160 (Directions from hotel)

Join us for a tour of where Tennessee Whiskey was born! Be prepared for a 10AM Departure from Hotel as the Distillery is approx one hour from Nashville located in Shelbyville, TN. 

Purchase tickets for the 11:30 tour for July 27th. Tour is approx 90 minutes. Plan to return to Nashville between 2-3pm.

6 PM - 9 PM: 2024 Allen Family Gala (Dress Code: Black Tie)

Join us on Saturday night at the Event Venue at 2311 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115, United States (Directions from hotel)

Our Grand Finale banquet event. We're doing an awards theme this year. We're in Music City so think Grammy's! Come red carpet ready in your most glam/black tie attire that you can pack (as there will be an actual red carpet... lol). The gala is all about celebrating family with awards, tributes, music, photos food and FUN! 

The event venue is located 18 miles from the hotel, please plan for 20-25 minutes of travel time from the hotel to the venue.

10 PM: Afterparty at Bungalow 10 (Adults Only 21+) - Optional
