We've reserved a block of rooms for the Allen Family Reunion at the Quality Inn in Horseheads, New York. This cneternally located hotel is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and essential amenities. The Friday picnic at Harris Hill and the Saturday family dinner at the American Legion Hall are both within a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Room Rate: $145 per night + 12% tax

• • Rate includes 2 adults

  • Additional adults: $10 each (maximum of 4 adults per room for rooms with 2 beds)

• • Rollaway Bed: $15 + tax per night (first come, first served)

  • Cribs: Complimentary, as available

Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 24, 2025

• After this date, rooms will be released and regular hotel rates will apply

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

• Please cancel any group room reservations by 4 PM EDT, 30 days prior to arrival (June 24) to avoid a cancellation penalty.
